Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, exceptional in-store shopping experiences
- Guide customers through product discovery, styling, and storytelling
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs including SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
- Support order fulfillment, BOPIS, and back-of-house operations
- Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards
- Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to a collaborative environment
