Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized shopping experience and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Drive key performance metrics including sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction
• Promote service offerings such as piercing and engraving
• Support order fulfillment, including packaging and BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store)
• Maintain organizational integrity of back-of-house inventory and supplies
• Uphold brand standards for visual presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising
• Mitigate product loss and escalate operational risks to leadership

Requirements

• Ability to connect with customers in an authentic and warm manner
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling purposes
• Capacity to meet and exceed KPIs such as SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• High attention to detail and organized working style
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods of time
• Experience with or ability to learn point-of-sale systems
