Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalized, luxury in-store shopping experience and guide customers through fine jewelry selections
• Drive key performance metrics including OPH, SPH, NPS, conversion, AOV, and UPT
• Uphold Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and promote services such as piercing and engraving
• Support back-of-house operations including order fulfillment, BOPIS, packaging, and inventory organization
• Maintain visual merchandising standards, brand presentation, and fixture integrity
• Identify and escalate operational gaps, risks, and roadblocks to store leadership
• Foster a positive, engaging team environment and adhere to company policies

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening
• Product knowledge and styling ability
• Critical thinking and in-the-moment problem solving
• Track record meeting retail KPIs (SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT)
• Attention to detail and strong organization
• Ability to work on sales floor for extended periods
• Positive team contributor
• Comfort with POS and retail technology
