Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized in-store shopping experiences that embody Mejuri’s modern luxury ethos
• Guide customers with expert product knowledge, styling advice, and storytelling
• Drive key performance metrics including sales, conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Support back-of-house operations such as order fulfillment, BOPIS, and inventory organization
• Maintain visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards
• Escalate operational gaps, risks, and opportunities to store leadership

Requirements

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to style and suggest pieces
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales KPIs
• High attention to detail and organized working style
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive, collaborative team environment
