Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer experiences using Mejuri’s Steps of Selling
• Promote in-store services including piercing and engraving while maintaining high NPS and sales KPIs
• Support back-of-house order fulfillment for in-store sales, phone orders, and BOPIS
• Maintain organization of inventory, packaging, and supplies
• Uphold visual merchandising, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards
• Validate integrity of fixtures, graphics, and decor; report damage or missing items
• Build positive team relationships and adhere to company policies and compliance

• Track record meeting retail KPIs such as SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods

• Ability to learn POS systems and retail technology
