Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized in-store shopping experiences and guide customers in discovering jewelry that resonates with their personal style
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling to ensure high-quality customer interactions and uphold service offerings such as piercing and engraving
• Support order fulfillment, back-of-house organization, and point-of-sale operations to maintain efficiency and inventory integrity
• Uphold visual merchandising and brand standards, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and proper maintenance of fixtures and displays
• Build positive team relationships and adhere to company policies and compliance practices

Requirements

• Authentic customer connection with strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to effectively style and suggest pieces
• Critical thinking and solution-oriented mindset to address customer and business needs in the moment
• Track record of meeting and exceeding retail KPIs such as SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, and UPT
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods and contribute to a positive team environment
• Experience with or ability to learn retail POS systems and technology
