Stylist

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized shopping experiences and act as a trusted advisor to customers
• Guide customers in discovering jewelry through expert product knowledge and storytelling
• Drive key performance metrics including sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction
• Lead by example on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling and uphold service standards
• Support order fulfillment, back-of-house organization, and point-of-sale operations
• Maintain visual merchandising, brand standards, and store cleanliness
• Build positive relationships with team members and contribute to an engaging work environment

Requirements

• Authentic customer connection with strong verbal communication and active listening
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge for styling and suggestions
• Critical thinking and ability to solution in the moment for customer and business needs
• Proven track record meeting retail KPIs (SPH, Conversion, NPS, AOV, UPT)
• Attention to detail, highly organized working style, and strong initiative
• Ability to work on the sales floor for extended periods
• History of contributing to a positive team working environment
