Stylist

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to drive sales through exceptional client profiling
• Manage sales results focusing on KPIs like average order value and conversion rates
• Build personalized relationships with customers to help them find ideal products
• Maintain product knowledge and inform the team of new launches
• Assist with visual merchandising and daily upkeep of displays
• Handle various transactions including purchases, returns, exchanges, and online pickups
• Contribute to monthly inventory preparation and execution

Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English is mandatory
• Experience in client profiling and relationship management
• Creative mindset with a passion for styling
• Ability to work weekends and outside regular hours, including retail events
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to stand for long periods on the sales floor
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
