Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
• Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge and an understanding of Levi Strauss & Co. heritage
• Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation and housekeeping standards
• Execute replenishment and inventory processes using RFID-enabled technology
• Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
• Assist with merchandise pricing, security tagging, and floor replenishment

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and basic device troubleshooting
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to remain adaptable in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
