About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service using the "Connect, Consult & Close" approach
- Meet or exceed daily individual and store sales and performance goals
- Maintain thorough product knowledge and an understanding of brand heritage
- Comply with cash handling, security, safety, and loss prevention guidelines
- Assist with merchandise replenishment, security tagging, and pricing
- Maintain store appearance according to visual presentation and housekeeping standards
- Utilize RFID-enabled processes for rapid and accurate inventory replenishment
Requirements
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform constant standing, walking, squatting, and bending
- Basic technology skills, including familiarity with iOS and basic device troubleshooting
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Structured, organized, and adaptable personality
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
