Stylist

Responsibilities

• Suggest trend-based looks and incorporate current promotions to meet consumer needs
• Drive brand loyalty by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program
• Resolve consumer concerns effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Manage merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment
• Handle cash transactions and follow all store procedures and policies accurately
• Support store operations and merchandising standards to maintain a premium shopping environment

Requirements

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform tasks such as standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing ladders
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 16 years old
