Stylist

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by suggesting looks that incorporate the latest trends and promotions
• Promote the omni-channel experience by engaging consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program
• Manage store operations including shipment processing, floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment
• Handle cash transactions and resolve consumer concerns in alignment with company policy
• Maintain deep product knowledge by staying current with seasonal guides and brand heritage

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Proficient in technology and eager to learn new digital tools
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing ladders
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
