Stylist

Responsibilities

• Suggest trend-based looks and incorporate current promotions to meet consumer needs
• Drive brand loyalty by engaging customers with the Red Tab Loyalty program
• Resolve consumer concerns effectively to ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Manage cash handling and merchandise operations, including shipment processing and floor sets
• Maintain store standards through replenishment, markdowns, and following company procedures

Requirements

• Fashion savvy with a strong interest in current trends
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand, walk, kneel, or bend for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 16
