Stylist/Key Holder

Responsibilities

• Serve as a brand ambassador and stylist, guiding customers through collections and curating tailored looks
• Execute opening and closing procedures to ensure the store is secure and customer-ready
• Build long-term customer relationships through personalized outreach and one-on-one styling appointments
• Partner with the management team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards
• Support daily operational tasks including steaming, product replenishment, and maintaining pristine presentation standards
• Model exceptional service, teamwork, and positive energy on the sales floor

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in luxury or specialty retail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to connect with people
• Proficiency with POS systems, clienteling tools, and mobile technology
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and able to perform opening/closing duties with integrity

Benefits

• Hourly pay range starting at $20-$28
