Responsibilities

• Deliver elevated, aspirational styling to the customer in every look produced
• Hit daily KPI goals of 70 products daily while maintaining trend and on-brand styling
• Perform on-set styling of a wide variety of products, ensuring priority items are shot first
• Monitor photoshoots for discrepancies to ensure each look is captured to the highest garment aesthetic
• Utilize styling fundamentals and merchandise standards with a detail-oriented eye
• Maintain consistent dialogue with Photographers, Styling Managers, and Sample Coordinators
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space
• Present fresh styling ideas to styling team huddles and contribute to closet suggestions

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Stylist in a fast-paced eCommerce environment
• Proven knowledge of on-trend styling, fit, cut, color, and proportion
• Portfolio demonstrating on-model styling
• Experience styling models on set within the fashion industry
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• BSA in Fashion preferred
