Stylist

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge all customers on the sales floor to provide a positive shopping experience
• Provide fashion expertise and assistance by answering merchandise-related questions
• Meet individual daily sales goals, including SPH, ADS, and UPT
• Maintain store appearance by filling, sizing, and folding merchandise throughout the shift
• Process sales transactions and operate the cash register/POS system
• Assist with store cleaning, maintenance, and merchandise processing
• Monitor for loss prevention and report unusual activity to management
• Follow all established safety procedures and store standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail selling
• Ability to operate POS systems and other store computer applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
