Stylist

Responsibilities

• Style customers in the latest collections, providing detailed product knowledge and an exceptional brand experience
• Maintain the store's aesthetic by ensuring product availability and upholding floor standards
• Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using in-store digital tools
• Handle first-line customer queries via email, chat, and phone through the online customer service system
• Resolve customer issues independently to maintain loyalty and trust
• Support the management team in reaching sales targets and maintaining high housekeeping standards
• Balance time between in-store styling and online customer service (approximately 30-50% online)

Requirements

• Friendly and attentive with a passion for fashion and the AllSaints brand
• Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and high enthusiasm
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for transactions and customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work with pace and empathy under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail
• Awareness of brand campaigns, lookbooks, and new product launches
