Responsibilities

• Style customers in the latest collections, providing detailed product knowledge and an exceptional brand experience
• Maintain the store's aesthetic by ensuring product availability and upholding floor standards
• Support store operations including stock replenishment, deliveries, and processing digital orders
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and pace to maintain brand loyalty and trust
• Greet customers and tailor your approach to support the purpose of their visit
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in both the shop floor and staff areas

Requirements

• Friendly and attentive with a passion for fashion
• Strong brand awareness and an understanding of AllSaints' style and values
• A positive, can-do attitude with high levels of enthusiasm
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use in-store digital tools for transactions and deliveries
• Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
