Stylist

Responsibilities

• Style customers in the latest collections, providing detailed product knowledge and an exceptional brand experience
• Actively maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring floor sets and standards are upheld at all times
• Support store targets through active selling and customer engagement on the shop floor
• Manage stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using in-store digital tools
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and pace to maintain brand loyalty and trust
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in both customer-facing and staff areas

Requirements

• A genuine passion for fashion and an ability to act as a brand ambassador
• Friendly, attentive, and a confident communicator
• Strong brand awareness and alignment with AllSaints values
• A "can-do" attitude with high levels of enthusiasm
• Ability to solve problems effectively, even under pressure
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for transactions and deliveries
