Stylist

Responsibilities

• Act as the fundamental link between products and customers by providing exceptional styling and brand experiences
• Spend the majority of the day on the shop floor styling and influencing customers across a busy retail environment
• Support the management team in reaching sales targets and maintaining high store aesthetic standards
• Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using in-store digital tools
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and pace to retain loyalty and trust
• Maintain housekeeping standards in both customer-facing areas and staff areas

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
• Can-do attitude and high level of enthusiasm for a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for transactions and deliveries
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent attention to detail and brand awareness
