Responsibilities

• Style customers in the latest collections, providing detailed product knowledge and an exceptional brand experience
• Actively maintain the store's aesthetic, ensuring floor sets and standards are upheld at all times
• Support the management team in reaching sales targets and delivering high-quality service
• Handle stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital orders using in-store digital tools
• Resolve customer issues with empathy and pace to maintain brand loyalty and trust
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping in both the shop floor and staff areas

Requirements

• Friendly and attentive with a passion for fashion and the AllSaints brand
• Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and high enthusiasm
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use digital tools for transactions and deliveries
• Excellent attention to detail and awareness of brand campaigns and lookbooks
