Styling Assistant, Digital

Responsibilities

• Provide styling support to in-house and freelance stylists across Womenswear, Menswear, Accessories, and Childrenswear for model and still life shoots
• Prepare daily product rails and cross-reference set lists against physical items to resolve discrepancies with the Studio Production team
• Coordinate with the Digital Samples team to ensure all product notes, image requirements, and priorities are correctly logged in the internal system
• Manage the movement of shared products across different sets and source necessary items from the sample team or storage
• Direct and assist models with dressing and undressing according to stylist instructions
• Perform quality checks on all products post-shoot to ensure they are correctly tagged and presented
• Maintain an organized studio environment, including sets, props, and equipment cupboards

Requirements

• Essential experience in an e-commerce environment
• Proven experience working in a fast-paced studio setting
• Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication capabilities and a professional approach to teamwork
• High attention to detail and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
• Ability to remain flexible with working hours to meet production needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working across both womenswear and menswear
• A strong interest in model styling and awareness of current industry trends
