Style Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Build personalized relationships with customers to acquire brand loyalty
• Provide exceptional styling recommendations and fit advice
• Leverage product knowledge to actively sell and style products
• Maintain store environment standards with a customer-first mindset
• Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain high energy and a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• Experience in retail, sales, or the service industry
• Ability to lift, carry, and move at least 40 pounds
• Minimum of 12 hours of availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and move around the store regularly
• Exceptional communication skills

• Passion for fashion and a great sense of personal style

• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environments
