Style Advisor

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and contribute to total store targets
• Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all Equinox and Shop visitors
• Maintain deep knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies
• Assist with merchandising, marketing execution, and maintaining brand standards
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards in sales floors and stockrooms
• Build effective relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service business, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to act with tact and diplomacy
• Ability to take direction and implement new techniques or ideas
• Availability to work a varied schedule, specifically Wednesday through Sunday including weekends and holidays
• High level of personal integrity and a hardworking attitude
