Style Advisor

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned monthly sales goals and contribute to total store targets
• Provide an unparalleled customer experience for all Equinox and Shop visitors
• Maintain deep knowledge of all club and Shop services, programs, and products
• Uphold loss prevention and inventory management policies
• Assist with merchandising, marketing execution, and maintaining brand standards
• Maintain excellent housekeeping and organizational standards on sales floors, cash wraps, and stockrooms
• Build effective professional relationships with colleagues, supervisors, and clients

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service business, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with tact and diplomacy
• Excellent time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take direction and utilize new techniques and ideas
• Ability to work a varied schedule based on the needs of the retail business
• High level of honesty, personal integrity, and diligence
