Responsibilities

• Create, adjust, and maintain class schedules for teaching blocks
• Help design a future-oriented digital schedule, potentially with AI support
• Support teaching and conduct individual classes if required
• Manage resources including faculty expertise, working hours, and room availability
• Communicate with teachers, freelance lecturers, and administration
• Further develop the school's PlanACAD software

Requirements

• Completed training in healthcare or a comparable qualification with a pedagogical or organizational focus
• Ideally experience in schedule planning within a block system in the education sector
• Teaching experience or enjoyment in delivering educational content
• Technical understanding and a structured way of working
• Proficiency with digital tools, ideally PlanACAD or similar programs
• Team spirit, flexibility, and solution-oriented thinking
