Study Nurse

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical research studies and maintain a safe study environment under the direction of the Principal Investigator
• Ensure patient well-being and address patient concerns while maintaining high quality of care
• Support staff with administrative tasks and manage patient care activities
• Maintain study protocols, Case Report Forms (CRFs), Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems, and other essential documentation
• Plan and coordinate logistical activities for study procedures in accordance with protocols
• Perform clinical preparations, including sample labeling, material inventory, and equipment setup
• Manage data entry, monitor data quality, and respond to queries
• Assist with patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes
• Collect and report clinical data and findings, including adverse events and serious adverse events
• Coordinate with study monitors to resolve issues and answer queries effectively

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of medical training and experience
• Solid knowledge of clinical trials, study protocols, informed consent, and study plans
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) and MS Windows
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
• Very good written and spoken German skills
