Responsibilities

• Complete the follow-up table for promises
• Manage Avenir, CII requests, DT concessionaires, and draft BET contracts
• Handle legal declarations, powers, and PC display
• Request TA and NRNR certificates and manage Gesidoc ADF
• Assist with GFA&DO, DOC, PCM balais, and Cerfa IL forms
• Manage ASL transfers and parking stock sales
• Support ATC missions including client visits and newsletters
• Assist in implementing and monitoring landlord CSAT

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 in construction, real estate, urban planning, or engineering
• Interest in the real estate development sector
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in office tools
• Team spirit and rigor
