Responsibilities

• Provide individual study and career guidance
• Deliver information and guidance to student groups
• Guide students regarding further studies and professional life
• Support students with high school graduation, course selection, and eligibility
• Collaborate with guardians, teachers, and the student health team
• Maintain contacts with authorities and the professional world
• Participate in open houses, information evenings, and other school activities

Requirements

• Degree in study and career guidance (studie- och yrkesvägledareexamen)
• Several years of experience in study and career guidance
• Knowledge of Skolverket's regulatory documents and current legislation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach
• Ability to build trusting relationships with students, guardians, and staff
• Valid criminal record check (belastningsregister) required
