Study and Career Counselor

Responsibilities

• Provide study and career guidance to students both individually and in groups
• Support students in achieving their educational goals and sustainable future choices
• Develop and follow up on individual study plans
• Coordinate and develop study and career guidance work across multiple schools
• Coordinate adult education at Ingelstadgymnasiet
• Participate in the admissions process team
• Collaborate closely with school management, teachers, student health, and guardians
• Assist in marketing the school's programs

Requirements

• Degree in Study and Career Guidance (SYV)
• Valid B-class driver's license
• Knowledge of high school education, the labor market, and academic requirements
• Strong administrative and communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently between school locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the green industry (agriculture/nature-based sectors)
