Studio Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Studio independently and ensure all procedures are completed accurately
• Support daily execution of visual merchandising, supply restocks, and Studio upkeep
• Act as a floor leader during assigned shifts to drive sales and service goals
• Uphold compliance with safety, brand standards, and piercing regulations
• Deliver exceptional service and educate customers on the Studs experience
• Provide real-time feedback and support to teammates to reinforce company values

Requirements

• Prior experience in a keyholder or shift lead role
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Weekend availability (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) is required
• Proven track record of professionalism and sound judgment in customer-facing environments
• Ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/move at least 20 lbs
• Ability to handle chemicals safely and follow health and safety protocols
