Studio Sales Lead

Responsibilities

• Drive sales through proactive outreach, client engagement, and project follow-up
• Act as the primary on-site representative and keyholder for the Salt Lake City studio
• Deliver high-touch service to trade clients across textiles, wallcoverings, rugs, trim, and furniture
• Maintain showroom floor presentation, sample room inventory, and collateral supplies
• Build Schumacher’s presence throughout the Rockies region via territory strategy and designer outreach
• Support brand awareness through email marketing, digital tools, and social engagement
• Host and support local design events, showroom activations, and trade gatherings
• Process quotes, orders, and sample requests accurately and efficiently
• Share sales updates and market insights with Account Executives and internal partners

Requirements

• Proven sales and business development track record
• Strong client service and relationship-building abilities
• Capability to manage daily showroom operations independently
• Experience with CRM systems and sales dashboards
• Background in luxury goods, textiles, or interior design preferred
