Studio Production Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Lead the production of studios to ensure successful and timely delivery
• Manage work resources to maximize efficiency and effectively manage priorities
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding delivery dates, costs, and potential delays
• Oversee the installation process to ensure compliance with provided plans, renders, and guidelines
• Coordinate with the Health and Safety department to ensure all external personnel comply with local laws
• Monitor and report on studio construction progress and post-go-live maintenance
• Maintain studio facilities and ensure they remain in proper operating order
• Align with Project Managers regarding launch timelines for new studios
• Travel internationally to supervise studio construction and execution as required

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Professional experience in a similar role or within the construction field
• Fluent English communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
