Studio Photographer

Responsibilities

• Manage shipboard portrait studio operations to ensure excellence and outstanding guest experience
• Utilize photographic and sales skills to interact with guests and enhance onboard performance
• Participate in planning strategies to develop the team and drive revenue
• Create standard reports on bookings, sales, and conversion KPIs
• Schedule and perform private photo shoots, working with guests to determine desired look and feel
• Edit photos to ensure the highest quality product
• Perform review and sales processes for selected products
• Identify pre-cruise opportunities and train photographers to create Portrait Studio leads
• Partner with the Photography Manager to improve operational processes and service levels

Requirements

• Minimum three years of photography experience
• Minimum one year of portrait studio photography experience within the last 2 years
• Willingness to live and work onboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel
• Ability to follow safety roles and emergency responsibilities
• Ability to share a confined cabin with other crew members
• Valid passport and ability to obtain a C1/D Seaman's visa
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and criminal background check
• Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous shipboard experience
• Educational qualification in photography or a similar field
