Studio Operator

Responsibilities

• Set up, test, and operate studio cameras, lighting, audio, and recording equipment
• Monitor and troubleshoot technical issues related to studio hardware and software during operations
• Assist directors, videographers, and producers with technical requirements to facilitate smooth production workflows
• Maintain and organize studio equipment, ensuring it is properly stored and regularly serviced
• Manage live streaming or broadcast setups as needed
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols within the studio environment
• Coordinate with post-production teams for seamless content handover

Requirements

• Proven experience as a studio technician or operator in a video production environment
• Strong knowledge of studio video production equipment including cameras, lighting rigs, and audio systems
• Familiarity with video capture and recording technologies
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
• Basic understanding of live streaming and broadcasting tools
