Studio Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of managers to ensure 24/7 uninterrupted Live Streaming Studio operations
• Direct production facilities to meet company SLA requirements and objectives
• Oversee facility-based projects related to studio launch and expansion
• Own team scheduling, shift rotations, and workload balancing
• Drive performance outcomes through appraisals, performance plans, and corrective actions
• Develop and implement operational SOPs and workflows
• Ensure studio equipment and technical infrastructure are maintained at the highest standard
• Drive rapid issue resolution and root cause analysis for technical incidents
• Monitor studio activity in real time to ensure quality and SLA compliance
• Present regular operational updates and KPI reports to global management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Proven experience managing large-scale operations (150+ employees)
• Previous experience in Live Casino operations
• Experience managing fast-paced 24/7 operations
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience measuring SLAs and KPIs
• Strong people-management and decision-making skills under pressure
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Power BI
• Experience working with Jira
• Background in live video streaming or broadcast operations
• Experience in IT or technical operations including networking and infrastructure
