Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily studio operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient resource management
• Coordinate project schedules from initial brief to final delivery to ensure deadlines are met
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients to understand requirements and ensure satisfaction
• Manage studio maintenance, equipment upkeep, and facility functionality
• Hire, train, schedule, and support internal staff and freelancers
• Oversee budgets, billing, invoicing, and cost control to maximize profitability
• Work closely with creative and production teams to allocate resources effectively
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational processes and studio efficiency

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in studio management, project management, or agency operations
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and freelancers
• Familiarity with project management tools and production workflows
• Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and financial management processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
