Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Achieve studio membership and revenue goals through strategic sales and retention
• Coach and mentor sales associates on effective techniques and product knowledge
• Track and analyze membership KPIs for strategic decision-making
• Build and cultivate a high-performing, engaged team through training and coaching
• Oversee daily studio operations including scheduling, staff assignments, and inventory
• Maintain a clean, inviting, and safe studio environment following hygiene protocols

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in a sales environment with relationship-based selling
• 3+ years of management experience preferred
• Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties like standing and walking
• Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in a related field
• Experience leading teams and driving performance outcomes in a wellness or fitness setting
