Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the Studio’s overall performance, driving revenue growth and achieving sales plans
• Review and analyze business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies
• Manage scheduling within labor allocations and ensure payroll accuracy
• Maintain high operational standards, including compliance with piercing procedures and health and safety protocols
• Lead, coach, and develop a service-driven team including Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Piercers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage service recovery

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment
• Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees
• Ability to work on-site five days per week with open availability including weekends and holidays
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move at least 20 lbs
• Strong operational and financial acumen
• Ability to handle chemicals safely and follow health protocols
