About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Studio’s overall performance, driving revenue growth and achieving sales plans
- Review and analyze business reporting to identify opportunities and adjust strategies
- Manage scheduling within labor allocations and ensure payroll accuracy
- Maintain high operational standards, including compliance with piercing procedures and health and safety protocols
- Lead, coach, and develop a service-driven team including managers, supervisors, and piercers
- Deliver exceptional customer service and manage service recovery
Requirements
- 2+ years of management experience in a customer-facing environment
- Proven success leading a team of 7+ employees
- Ability to work on-site five days per week with open availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong operational and financial acumen
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move at least 20 lbs
- Ability to handle chemicals safely
