About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of studio operations and daily management
- Lead up to 10 STRONG Pilates classes per week
- Foster community engagement and represent the brand values
- Manage membership sales, merchandise, and social media presence
- Lead, inspire, and develop the instructor team
- Utilize Hapana software for scheduling, check-ins, and sales
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting studio environment
- Provide high-quality class instruction with precise cueing and form correction
Requirements
- 6+ months of group fitness teaching experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable means of mobility for travel to studio location
- Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- Proficiency in studio management software (e.g., Mindbody or Hapana)
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in the fitness industry
- Certified Personal Trainer or Pilates certification
- CPR and AED certification (obtained through in-person training)
- STRONG Academy certification
- Degree in a related field
