Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals
• Train and develop team on sales, financing, and delivery processes
• Manage recruitment, training, and development of a high-performing sales team
• Ensure best-in-class customer experience and handle high-potential/VIP customers
• Oversee studio operations including merchandising, scheduling, and facility maintenance
• Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies and track KPIs

Requirements

• 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury, or hospitality
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline
• Experience leading sales-focused professionals and making data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and retail business systems
• Valid driver’s license with no recent suspensions
• Ability to work evenings and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Automotive sales management experience
• Secondary language skill set
• Passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets
