About the Company
Arketa is building the operating system for modern fitness and wellness. We provide a powerful, all-in-one platform to manage and scale hybrid wellness businesses, including scheduling, bookings, payments, and on-demand video libraries.
Responsibilities
- Act as a visible, professional leader on the studio floor to set standards for luxury hospitality
- Support membership acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts
- Manage studio operations including scheduling, coverage planning, and shift readiness
- Ensure compliance with NYC labor, safety, and operational requirements
- Maintain studio and office cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels
- Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and vendors
- Resolve guest issues with empathy and strong judgment
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in studio management, wellness, or fitness
- Deep understanding of day-to-day studio operations
- Highly organized and execution-focused
- Strong communicator with people leadership experience
- Based in NYC and able to work onsite
- Comfortable working with operational software tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving customer acquisition during studio pre-sales and launch phases
