Responsibilities

• Launch and operate a physical services business end-to-end in the Boston market
• Build AI-driven operating systems for scheduling, customer intake, diagnostics, and job tracking
• Hire and manage a lean team of trade professionals using AI-enhanced workflows
• Own the P&L with full accountability for revenue, costs, margins, and cash flow
• Document and prove the business model to facilitate replication in other markets

Requirements

• Proven experience starting or running a business, project, or side hustle from zero to revenue
• Comfort managing physical-world operations including logistics, tools, and skilled labor
• Deep understanding of AI to architect workflows and intelligent tooling
• Experience hiring and managing people in ambiguous environments
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to successful outcome
