Studio Assistant

Responsibilities

• Sort, assemble, pack, and prepare specialized enrichment program materials, including arts, crafts, and engineering project kits
• Maintain a highly organized, safe, and clean central inventory workspace
• Assist with counting inventory and preparing localized material shipments or deliveries

Requirements

• Ability to learn and operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Energetic, personable, and passionate about supporting early childhood education
• Exceptionally organized and efficient at multitasking
• Strong fundamental math skills and proactive problem-solving abilities
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs regularly and perform physical tasks for extended periods
• Familiarity with navigating NYC neighborhoods for occasional material drop-offs or pick-ups

Preferred Qualifications

• Baseline artistic creativity or maker hobbies
