Studio Assistant

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors at reception, field incoming calls, and manage refreshments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing post, deliveries, and courier bookings.
• Maintain studio tidiness, oversee meeting room bookings, and manage kitchen/stationery supplies.
• Perform weekly studio walk-rounds to report and action maintenance issues.
• Assist with studio opening and closure procedures.
• Support studio-wide events such as lunches, masterclasses, and project shares.
• Assist in onboarding new employees by providing studio tours and setting up access.
• Maintain shared documents, studio guides, and budget trackers.

Requirements

• Experience in a customer service or public-facing role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, people-facing, and changing environment.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and improving daily operations.
• Professional, friendly, and polite communication style.
• Enthusiasm for working within a creative design agency.
• Ability to work in-person five days a week across multiple London locations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building relationships within a large organization (150+ employees).
• Experience planning high-quality social events.
• Experience greeting and hosting VIP guests.
• Pre-existing First Aid or Fire Warden training.
• Ability to solve problems autonomously.
