Student/Trainee Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Supporting Project Managers in the delivery of projects across different stages of the project lifecycle
• Assisting with project coordination, scheduling and tracking of key actions and deliverables
• Helping monitor project performance related to scope, timeline, budget and quality
• Supporting cost management activities such as budgeting, forecasting and reporting
• Preparing project documentation, reports and meeting minutes
• Coordinating with internal teams, clients, consultants and contractors
• Supporting procurement and contract administration activities
• Building strong working relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

• Currently studying a degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Architecture or a related field
• Interest in Project Management within the real estate sector
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Proactive attitude and collaborative mindset
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent Finnish and English
