Students Worship Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead worship for student services (Junior High and High School) at the designated campus
• Recruit, develop, and maintain a team of volunteer musicians
• Schedule and communicate effectively with volunteer musicians
• Learn and execute selected music at a high level of excellence
• Maintain availability to the Campus Team one day a week on-site
• Collaborate with the Student Pastor and ministry staff to execute the CCV Students vision
• Prioritize and attend Junior High and High School camps and events
• Participate in Music Team meetings and monthly All Staff meetings

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience leading worship and managing a team of musicians
• Strong vocal ability and proficiency in guitar or keyboard
• Proficiency in Ableton Live software
• Strong understanding of various music styles and instrumentation
• Ability to recruit, lead, and develop music volunteers
• High engagement level with staff and students both on and off stage
• Must be a participating member of CCV (or willing to become one)
• Consistent attendance at worship services and active participation in a neighborhood group
