Student Technology Success Coach

Responsibilities

• Provide an enhanced continuum of technology support to students
• Support student proficiency in essential resources including myHGTC, D2L, and Microsoft software
• Assist with third-party learning platforms
• Provide learning center support services related to technology literacy skills
• Report directly to the Director of SSTC

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in student services programs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in academic and student support services for college students
• Proficiency in Microsoft software and D2L
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and technology skills
