Student Support Mentor

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary mentor and facilitator for a cohort of 25–30 scholarship students.
• Guide students through workshops, discussions, and team-building activities to prepare them for university life abroad.
• Facilitate a cohort-based mini-project, coaching students on brainstorming, teamwork, and presentation skills.
• Monitor and record daily attendance and track student engagement levels.
• Support student well-being and foster a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment.
• Assist with program operations, including student registration, orientation, and event logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (completion within the last 5 years preferred).
• 4-5 years of work experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Passion for youth development, education, and student success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mentoring, coaching, facilitation, or youth programs.
• Former scholarship recipient or study-abroad participant.
• Ability to communicate in both Arabic and English.
